Return Process
- Contact us at returns@hempseed.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions
- Send the unused portion of the product back to us using the provided return label
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund
Refund Processing
- Credit/debit card payments: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Cryptocurrency payments: Refunds will be processed to the original blockchain address used for the purchase, in the same cryptocurrency used for payment
- Please note that blockchain transaction fees for cryptocurrency refunds will be deducted from the refund amount
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the damaged item or the incorrect product received
- We'll immediately arrange a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost
- There's no need to return the damaged item unless specifically requested
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened products that have been used or have broken seals cannot be returned unless they are defective.
